Job Summary

An online real estate company has an open position for a Telecommute Growth Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, plan, and execute on demand generation strategies to drive engagement
  • Develop, execute, and manage cross-channel data-driven automated lifecycle and email campaigns
  • Own cross-functional campaign development workflow and project management

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce or hospitality company
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Data proficient - can both analyze a marketing funnel and synthesize results into actionable recommendations
  • Solid track record of managing complex B2C email campaigns
  • First-hand experience managing email programs on an email delivery platform
  • Experience working directly with Production and Engineering teams to drive technical projects
