A hotel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Guest Service Associate in Marion.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to guests in a friendly, timely and attentive manner
- Demonstrate competency, proficiency and meet specific sales goals and metrics
- Enhance the brand by communicating effectively, accurately and clearly in all guest interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must attend onsite training, position remote after 9 weeks
- Must exhibit reliability and dependability to work independently
- Must be receptive to feedback
- Willingness to provide feedback to management
- Must be computer/technology savvy
