Job Summary
A hotel chain is in need of a Telecommute Guest Services Associate in the Omaha Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to guests in a friendly, timely and attentive manner
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process
- Utilizing keyboard functions to navigate multiple programs and screens quickly and accurately
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend 9 weeks of onsite training in the Global Contact Center
- Aptitude and ability to successfully perform in a sales role
- Ability to meet specific sales goals and metrics on an ongoing basis
- Ability to communicate effectively, accurately and clearly in all guest interactions
