Job Summary
An entertainment company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Guest Services Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and email from Guests
- Identifying and resolving issues that impact our Guests’ experiences
- Channeling escalated issues to appropriate supervisors/managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to demonstrate strong Guest-focused engagement over the phone and via email
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including multi-tasking
- Ability to receive feedback and take action as appropriate
