Job Summary

An entertainment company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Guest Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and email from Guests
  • Identifying and resolving issues that impact our Guests’ experiences
  • Channeling escalated issues to appropriate supervisors/managers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to demonstrate strong Guest-focused engagement over the phone and via email
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, including multi-tasking
  • Ability to receive feedback and take action as appropriate
