Job Summary

A l family entertainment and media enterprise company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Guest Services Representative in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Answer inbound calls and email assisting guests by providing impeccable guest service
  • Contact guests via outbound calls as instructed by supervisory staff
  • Identify and resolve issues that impact our guests’ experiences

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to demonstrate strong fuest-focused engagement over the phone and via email
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, including multi-tasking
  • Proven ability to work in a structured environment
