Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Gym Membership Customer Service Representative in Holladay.
Must be able to:
- Take inbound and outbound calls from members of our clients’ gyms
- Explain options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships
- Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies, and document customer interaction with our in-house software
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Ability to update billing and personal information per customer request
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow
