Job Summary
A hair care company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Hair Care Customer Service Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Speak with customers primarily via email/SMS/phone
- Deal with customer complaints, returns, or issues with orders
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in DTC
- Genuine interest/experience in the beauty/wellness/haircare industry
- Experience on Zendesk and Shopify
