Job Summary
A content delivery network is in need of a Telecommute Hardware Automation Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building a lifecycle platform maintaining hardware from deploy to decommission
- Working on a hardware acceptance test suite and automation
- Supporting firmware review and deployment process
Qualifications for this position include:
- On-the-job experience in a technical software role
- Able to independently decompose, design, and execute implementation projects
- Able to build highly reliable services
- Deep knowledge of databases (we use Postgres)
- A general understanding of servers and networking
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or other hardware provisioning products)
