A performance improvement solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute HCM Implementation Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking all project costs to budget
  • Serving as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the project
  • Obtaining approval of requirements and configuration/system design documents

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Required Travel: 25%
  • Five years' experience managing projects
  • Experience with HR systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday
  • Experience managing Human Capital and Talent Management Suite technical implementations
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
