Job Summary
An IT and computer services company is in need of a Telecommute HCM Product Enablement Program Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking compliance for mandatory SE product validations
- Assisting with researching, reviewing and recommending new product learning programs
- Understanding product, sales skills, industry and competitive training needs and drive execution
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel can be anywhere in North America from 10-15% of the time
- Experience implementing and/or demonstrating HCM software
- strong experience and knowledge in Human Resources and supporting technology
- Comfortable presenting to executive audiences
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in varied organizational environments
