A business solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute HCM Software Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strategically guiding customers through the software selection process
- Providing implementation services and support for new clients
- Delivering informative, insightful, and engaging training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HCM consultant
- Understanding of common industry business practices related to HR and payroll
- Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented, matrix environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects successfully, while meeting deadlines
