- Quota Achievement
- Territory Management and Account Planning
- Driving a deal to closure
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to client sites with occasional periods of more travel as needed
- 3-5+ years’ sales experience representing SaaS solutions to Global 2000 businesses
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Human Capital Management (HCM) software experience
- Track record of success reflected in quota performance for the last 5 years
- Thorough understanding of a complex solution sales cycle and solution selling
