An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Head of Claims.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and designing scalable claim review processes
  • Guiding clients through complex claims issues through resolution
  • Providing clients with claims advocacy for all lines of property & casualty insurance

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to incorporate claims subject matter expertise into frameworks
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with our Operations and Engineering teams
  • Must be able to design and implement industry-leading claims experience
  • Must be able to design a risk management ecosystem
