Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Head of Customer Success.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing a holistic strategy, architecture, and roadmap for internal tools
  • Ensuring smooth operational change management process and execution
  • Leverage innovative, data-driven target-setting, tools, and KPIs while recruiting, onboarding and training team memebers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of customer support domain experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior manager/director of customer services
  • Experience managing managers, High EQ and cultural leadership skills
  • Deep and broad experience with key support tools
  • Prior experience on the front lines, providing incredible customer experiences
