A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Head of Customer Success.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing a holistic strategy, architecture, and roadmap for internal tools
- Ensuring smooth operational change management process and execution
- Leverage innovative, data-driven target-setting, tools, and KPIs while recruiting, onboarding and training team memebers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of customer support domain experience
- 5+ years of experience as a senior manager/director of customer services
- Experience managing managers, High EQ and cultural leadership skills
- Deep and broad experience with key support tools
- Prior experience on the front lines, providing incredible customer experiences
