Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Head of People.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining the appropriate processes, tools, systems, and training
- Developing, coordinating, and operating the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring machine
- Partnering with the Executive team to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Masters in a relevant field and appropriate HR certifications
- 7+ years of related experience leading people operations / HR
- Experience in defining and establishing norms and best practices for remote teams
- Proven ambassador of culture
- Ability to think strategically but also focus on tactical and operational issues
- Experience managing complex employee relations situations, regardless of staff level
