Job Summary
A consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Head Start Grantee Specialist Manager in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Implement a comprehensive system of quality assurance
- Provide effective and timely ongoing oversight and coaching to Grantee Specialists
- Participate in national and regional briefings as well as other regional office meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of seven years’ experience
- At least 3 years with the provision of technical assistance to HS/EHS programs
- Experience coaching staff
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive supervision/management and staff development
