Job Summary

A consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Head Start Grantee Specialist Manager in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

  • Implement a comprehensive system of quality assurance
  • Provide effective and timely ongoing oversight and coaching to Grantee Specialists
  • Participate in national and regional briefings as well as other regional office meetings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of seven years’ experience
  • At least 3 years with the provision of technical assistance to HS/EHS programs
  • Experience coaching staff
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive supervision/management and staff development
