A global provider of communication and network infrastructure services has a current position open for a Telecommute Health Advocate Bilingual Spanish Benefits Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Providing guidance to members on open enrollment issues and benefit options
- Connecting with customers by phone and quickly developing a rapport to help the individual to navigate their benefit choices and options
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or other applicable work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and customer resolution skills
- Ability to explain complex issues to employees/retirees
- Strong Communication skills and phone etiquette
