A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Health and Accident Insurance Customer Service Agent in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Helping members navigate the healthcare system
- Recommending, and enrolling customers in health insurance
- Resolving any customer's issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Health & Accident Insurance License in resident state
- Solid understanding of health insurance
- Experience working in a customer/client-facing role
- Good communication skills
