Job Summary
A health and beauty company is seeking a Telecommute Health and Beauty Lifecycle Lead.
Must be able to:
- Own the Lifecycle strategy within the Retention Product Group
- Own and improve the email and SMS development process from ideation through creative brief, build, launch, and reporting
- Sponsor and mentor other team members to scale the impact of the Lifecycle team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in a Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, or another related role
- 3+ years of experience with a consumer-focused Email Service Provider such as Iterable, Braze, or Marketo
- 1 year of experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- 2+ years of experience managing complex A/B testing roadmaps and demonstrated experience making data-driven decisions
- Experience in crafting and executing retention marketing strategies, roadmaps, and campaigns that have driven meaningful results
- Ability to proactively advocate for campaigns that solve customer needs
