Job Summary
A global professional services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Health and Benefits Implementation Data Lead in Norwood.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing data analysis, including reconciliation of data counts and amounts, to ensure project data accuracy
- Defining, analyzing map and managing all data processes
- Working on multiple client implementations concurrently
Qualifications Include:
- Strong technical writing, relational databases, and data analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with associated work experience
- Excellence with Microsoft Excel for the purpose of data analysis
- A minimum of 3 years in health and benefits plan administration, Payroll or HRIS Systems
- Understanding of health and benefits plans, including varied plan designs
