Job Summary

A technology software solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Health and Hospice Software Implementation Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing just-in-time/ongoing application training/review as needed in client calls
  • Moving the project management and change process forward in a timely manner
  • Building organizational process definition with client to ensure smooth implementation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Approximately 10% occasional overnight travel is required for onsite client consultation
  • 3-5 years of combined project management, implementation, or client support experience
  • Prior work experience in home health, hospice, or private duty segments of healthcare
  • Prior experience with use of Clinical Information Systems
  • Healthcare software conversion and/or implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
