Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Health and Life Insurance Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of service by meeting and exceeding quality standards on every call
- Answer inbound calls from individuals who are interested in learning more about our Medicare programs
- Educate our members on their options and how these changes can improve their lives and their health
Position Requirements Include:
- Licensed to sell Health and Life Insurance in your state of Nevada
- Applicants living in the city of Las Vegas, Henderson, or Boulder do not qualify for this position.
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
