Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Health Assessor in Long Beach.

Must be able to:

  • Verify medical history
  • Verify current health needs
  • Conduct telephonic education

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 5 - 15%
  • Bachelor's in a social science, psychology, gerontology, public health or social work OR
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program
  • 1-3 years in case and disease management, managed care or medical/behavioral health
  • Ability to conduct standardized Health Risk Appraisals (HRA) and assessments
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
