Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Health Care Attorney in Folsom.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing cases to determine and summarize facts of each case
- Researching issues using federal law, federal regulations, relevant contract law
- Reviewing plan contracts and other relevant information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time and majority remote
- 3-5 years of experience consulting within designated function
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and JD degree
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to respond to the needs of outside contacts
- Working knowledge and use of PC, claim adjudication, MS Word and Excel software
