Job Summary

A customer service provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Health Care Call Center Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
