Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working with members to set weekly, personalized goals
- Continuously building rapport and trust
- Monitoring and providing feedback on daily metrics to encourage behavior change

- Demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience helping others achieve goals
- Comfortable coaching via virtual tools
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust
