Job Summary
A digital behavioral medicine company is filling a position for a Telecommute Health Coach Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide day-to-day support and management to drive employee engagement
- Participate in the development of coaching systems and features
- Assist in the creation and operation of health coaching processes that scale
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have experience managing people
- Have background/interest in health technology, behavioral health, or digital therapeutics
- Have experience and interest in highly collaborative work
- Have demonstrated consistency in meeting and exceeding standards in a previous coaching role
- Have exceptional organizational skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
