A healthcare provider is in need of a Telecommute Health Customer Advisor in Richmond.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing first line systems support
- Documenting all customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitoring and following-up with customers daily on open logs to insure accurate and timely resolutions
