Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Health Instructional Designer V in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading partnership and acting as a liaison with stakeholders, defining and designing effective instructional strategies
• Leveraging established instructional design methodologies and processes to support formal, informal, and multi-media design
• Facilitating learning intervention through analysis of new or changed user tasks, through investigation of business processes

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
• Experience with version 7 or higher of Adobe Captivate or other eLearning software
• Ability to independently design and develop instructionally sound blended formal and informal learning solutions
• Experience specifically related to ILT and/or VILT
