A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Health Insurance Customer Care Manager II in Norfolk.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible for establishing departmental policies and procedures
  • Preparing and communicating information to appropriate parties regarding dental programs, procedures, changes and government mandated disclosures
  • Serving as mentor to lower leveled managers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous management experience
