Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Health Insurance Customer Care Manager II in Norfolk.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for establishing departmental policies and procedures
- Preparing and communicating information to appropriate parties regarding dental programs, procedures, changes and government mandated disclosures
- Serving as mentor to lower leveled managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 2 years previous management experience
- Minimum of 5 years customer service experience
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
