Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Health Management Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide customer service to health management customers
  • Assessing member's physical, emotional, and psychosocial or other needs
  • Identifying barriers to care (transportation/prescription needs)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 3 years of professional clinical experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Access and E-mail
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
