Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Health Plan and Medicaid Reporting and Analytics Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leverage data to drive support for affordability analysis, actuarial and population health programs
- Drive increased efficiency through automation and skill enhancement
- Engage with senior management to define, brainstorm and translate business needs into reporting and analytic requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or a related field
- 15+ years of Business Insights / Analytics / Data Management experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- 5+ years leading, developing and engaging a high performing global team
- Demonstrated track record of effectively driving and managing change to improve operating efficiencies
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Superior strategic planning and strong problem-solving skills
