Job Summary

A warehousing and fulfillment services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Health Plan Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Making outbound calls to health plan members
  • Coordinating and scheduling healthcare appointments
  • Explaining the benefits of health risk assessments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
  • Strong communication skills
