Job Summary
A business services company has an open position for a Telecommute Health Plan Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Replying and handling inquiries via telephone and other communication channels
- Answering and managing inbound inquiries from customers in a prompt, courteous manner
- Handling and processing customer complaints/ grievances while applying appropriate conflict management skills
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 year call center experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily
