Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Health Plan Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying, developing and executing expansion of business within existing accounts
  • Expanding offering within existing accounts to include new geographies and/or lines of business
  • Coordinating and presenting Quarterly Business Meetings with assigned health plan customers

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field
  • Prior experience managing and expanding health plan accounts
  • Deep health plan knowledge
  • Prior experience leveraging data to find solutions to client needs
  • Prior experience communicating results to customers including data and outcomes
  • Prior experience working cross-functionally
