Job Summary

A care managed services operator is filling a position for a Telecommute Health Plan Operations Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Develop and direct strategy to enable efficiencies
• Implement internal and external strategies that align and support the Clinical Operations group
• Evaluate and implement changes to enhance functions and performance

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in the Care Management/Clinical Operations space
• Knowledge and experience in value-based care models, Medicare Advantage, and NCQA or URAC Accreditation
• Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
