Job Summary
A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Health Services Director in Dublin.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate services furnished to the member with the services the member receives from any other health care entity
- Ensure care coordination and disease management is part of population health and QI activities, when appropriate
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the Care Coordination Program in accordance with state guidelines.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ohio-licensed registered nurse; or an Ohio-licensed independent social worker in good standing
- Experience in the activities of care management as specified in 42 CFR 438.208
- Healthcare experience including 3+ years of Managed Care care management/care coordination experience, healthcare administration and or healthcare consulting experience
- Experience within healthcare operations, clinical services, network, products and benefits
- Proven ability to handle complex situations, resolve conflicts and issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into action plans and lead / motivate teams to execute plans effectively
