Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Health Services Senior Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing continuous quality improvement and efficiencies for clinical operations
- Propagating organizational cultural beliefs
- On-boarding new health center staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, for 1 week stretch, as needed
- Registered nurse with an active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state or territory of the United States
- Minimally 3 years of clinical operations experience in a large health care system
- Electronic medical record expertise, certified Epic trainer preferred
- Experienced in managing virtual learning environment with ability to develop curriculum, interactive presentations and manage webex
- Excellent time management skills
