Job Summary
A health technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Health Technology Customer Success Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Health Reimbursement Arrangements and stipends
- Helping with inbound requests and the rare escalated situations
- Working directly with the Vice President of Customer Experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in SaaS support and customer success roles, ideally managing others
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Net Promoter Score best practices and programs
- Experience in leading a successful Customer Sucess team
- Proficient in utilizing Zendesk to its fullest capabilities
- Ability to work with multiple teams across an organization
