Job Summary
A healthcare services provider is seeking a Telecommute Health Technology Solutions Implementation Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide our customers as they implement the Health Security platform
- Perform an analysis of our customers’ business processes
- Plan and manage the roll out of new features to existing clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be able to travel to customer sites (up to 25%)
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting SaaS solutions
- Project management skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Flexibility to simultaneously build and improve processes while managing implementations
- Strength for creating and nurturing new relationships with clients, mostly over the phone
- Experience with support solutions like Zendesk
