Job Summary
A solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Advisory Solutions Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for project management, solution design and implementation, and generation of project results
- Mentor consultants and senior consultants on the project team
- Be a collaborative leader integrating well with other work streams or activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree in business, industrial engineering, nursing or a health- related field required
- 6+ years operations performance improvement experience with either a consulting firm (hospital/healthcare focus req.) and/or with a hospital/healthcare provider
- Project Management experience including creating work plans, budgets, managing budget to actual, and goal setting/benchmarks
- Supervisory experience in a matrixed r project setting
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Ability to actively manage and deliver on client expectations around project activities, timelines, deliverables, outcomes, etc
