Job Summary

A digital healthcare services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare and IPA Counsel in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Dispensing legal advice concerning value and risk-based healthcare arrangements
  • Providing legal advice on friendly physician models
  • Supporting the business on regulatory aspects of HIPAA and privacy/infosec

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years healthcare experience at a leading law firm, in-house, or a combination
  • Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law
  • Expertise with respect to IPAs
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
