Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Care Management Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making outreach calls to members who are eligible for our programs
- Managing the inbound call activity in a queue
- Providing an initial review of tasks and other administrative type activities that support the unit
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or
- Equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years of experience with computers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to make outreach calls to members who are eligible for our programs
- Ability to manages the inbound call activity in a queue
