Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Associate Report Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Run, assemble, and distribute customer reports designed for managing customer incentive programs
- Support ad hoc report requests and answer group mailbox inquiries
- Write high-quality process documents independently or by collaborating with others
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Health care insurance experience
- Experience with health & wellness incentives
- Experience working with consumer-driven health plans – HRAs, HSAs, FSAs
- Experience in writing SQL queries with relational database (Oracle and SQL Server)
- Intermediate Access (ability to create queries, manipulate datasets, and import data)
