Position Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree or
- 5+ years of experience supporting developers or business processes
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Visio and Excel
- Experience analyzing and solving customer problems for a process driven environment
- Ability to facilitate discussions that clarifies business requirements
- Ability to work within specified time requirements
