Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Benefits Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing day-to-day client support activities
  • Managing the resolution status requests related to our clients' benefit plans
  • Setting up new plans, optimizing plan changes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to travel up to 30%
  • 1 year of experience in a client/customer service based environment
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of quality in client service
