Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Benefits Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing day-to-day client support activities
- Managing the resolution status requests related to our clients' benefit plans
- Setting up new plans, optimizing plan changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to travel up to 30%
- 1 year of experience in a client/customer service based environment
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of quality in client service
