Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Business Intelligence Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization’s raw data
- Deciding on implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes
- Consulting to senior leadership and providing input into analytics related strategy and tactics
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working in analytics and business intelligence
- Master's degree
- Competency with financial and quality measurement tools
- Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders both internal and external including Medical Management, Actuary, and Finance
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology applications, databases, and products
