Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Business Process Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Distributing dividends to account holders per the fund’s direction
  • Auditing the daily accrual rates to ensure we are paying accrual dividends accurately
  • Researching and responding to customer service escalations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or
  • 4+ years of financial experience
  • 3+ years banking or financial experience
  • 3+ years of operational experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to oversee the daily record keeping process
