Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Business Process Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Distributing dividends to account holders per the fund’s direction
- Auditing the daily accrual rates to ensure we are paying accrual dividends accurately
- Researching and responding to customer service escalations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or
- 4+ years of financial experience
- 3+ years banking or financial experience
- 3+ years of operational experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Ability to oversee the daily record keeping process
