Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Business Systems Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
- Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience related to business analysis, process improvement, or application architecture
- 2+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
- Previous team lead or project lead experience
- Experience documenting detailed designs, process workflows, and data mappings
- Experience conducting business process improvement/optimization/reengineering efforts
- Experience in Agile methodologies, grooming Features and User Stories
