A healthcare business and operations provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Call Center Agent in Albany.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Transferomg consumer to appropriate parties
- Leaving a message when caller is not available
- Using judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management
Qualifications for this position include:
